It's now 1:00am and we're just finishing off the last few preparations before we leave the country tomorrow morning. The past week has been frantic - finishing work a week ago and then packing up all of our stuff to go into storage at the flat, as well as organising banking, mobile phones, tax returns, being jabbed in both arms with a large hypodermic... but at least we got to say goodbye to most of our family and friends before we go. We had drinks with the guys from Hairspray and a great last day with everyone, dinner with the guys from STASCo and then our own leaving do at the Black Horse at the weekend. A last minute panic where Jane chipped a tooth three days before we fly out and ending up having to have a filling as well - not a pleasant experience but at least it's all sorted now so we can disappear to Marrakesh without worrying.

Both of our mums are driving us to Gatwick in the morning (leaving at 7:00am - flasks of tea at the ready) so a tearful farewell no doubt, plus breakfast all together and a spot of last minute shopping (there's always something you've not managed to get in time). We're both looking forward to some rest and relaxation; 70+ hour weeks for almost a year is exhausting but it will all be well worth it once we're on the plane and on our way.

We will miss you all terribly but look forward to hearing from you and we'll keep blogging whenever we are near a wi-fi area or an internet cafe.
